COMMERCIAL HVAC · Pasco, WA

Commercial heating and cooling repair, maintenance and retrofits for Tri-Cities businesses.

From a rooftop unit that quit to ductwork for a new building, Total Quality Air works on commercial systems out of the Pasco shop.

Chapter 01

When the shop, office or restaurant loses heat or cooling

A business with no heat in January or no cooling in July is losing money by the hour. Customers walk out, staff cannot work, and food or product can be at risk. Total Quality Air provides residential and commercial HVAC repair, maintenance, installation and retrofit services throughout the Tri-Cities, and a call from a business owner gets treated as the urgent thing it is.

Commercial systems fail in familiar ways. Rooftop units lose a contactor or capacitor, a condenser fan motor quits, coils load up with dirt, a thermostat or control board stops sending the call, or a split system runs low on refrigerant. The fix starts with finding which of those it is, and Carlos Garcia has more than 20 years of practice at exactly that.

Repair, maintenance, installation and retrofits under one roof

The same Pasco shop that handles houses handles commercial work. Repairs cover all brands and models, with up-front flat-rate pricing so a manager can approve the number before the work starts. Total Quality Air is an American Standard dealer, and we install new equipment for businesses as well as homes, including systems for new commercial buildings.

Retrofits are where good planning saves the most. An older building might need new equipment that fits the existing curb or ductwork, or a layout change because the space is used differently than it was twenty years ago. We look at the load, the duct runs and the building first, then recommend what makes the system efficient and comfortable instead of just swapping the box.

We have hung exposed spiral ductwork in open commercial ceilings, and that kind of work takes planning: hangers, transitions, and diffusers that put air where people actually sit. If you are weighing a repair against a replacement, ask for a second look. Carlos will give you an honest evaluation and will beat any competitor’s written proposal by 5%.

Chapter 03

Keeping the doors open through the next heat wave

The best commercial service call is the one that never happens. Scheduled maintenance catches the worn capacitor, the dirty coil and the loose electrical connection before they shut the building down. Our maintenance program includes two inspections a year, priority service, no overtime rates for after-hours or weekend calls, and 15% off repairs for as long as you stay enrolled.

Seasons set the schedule. A spring check before cooling demand peaks and a fall check before the first cold week means the equipment gets looked at when it matters, not when it fails. Filters, coils, belts, drains, controls and gas connections are all on the list.

Weekend and after-hours emergency service is available by appointment, so call the office at (509) 205-1592 during business hours to set it up. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, at 619 N 3rd Ave in Pasco, and we serve Kennewick and Richland businesses too. Hablamos Español.

"He explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand and made sure everything was working properly before leaving." Joshua Larios, Google review.

Putting up a new building? We start at the plans, and you can read how in new construction. To keep an existing building running, the maintenance program is where most of the savings come from.
